How do I prepare for a session?
I recommend that you refrain from eating or only eat light food about 2-3 hours before your session. Please come in comfortable and warm clothing so that you don’t get cold during the session. Also, please bring your own mat and water. If you don’t have your own mat, please let me know.
Can this practice heal me?
Kundalini Activations are not a substitute for medical or psychological care, examination, diagnosis or treatment. This process is primarily for spiritual growth and deepening of consciousness. However, many course participants report physical healing after one or a few sessions. Of course, this is not a guarantee and it is not the main purpose of Kundalini Activations.
What is the difference between live and online?
Kundalini Activations are also possible from a distance, because energy is not bound to space and time. The online classes are not very different from the face-to-face ones. Some people are better at relaxing and receiving energy in a group, while others are more comfortable at home. Some people find the energy online to be a little milder, while others find it just as powerful.
What to expect after an Energy Healing session?
Everyone's experience is unique and different so what you will experience after a session can vary from person to person, but these are some common things that people experience after an energy healing session:
Feeling calm, relaxed, connected, peaceful, and alive
Seeing the bigger picture, clarity, focus and increased creativity
Growing awareness, and sensitivity to the energy of others and your surroundings
Feeling guided and more connected to your higher self or intuition
You might be more emotional or sensitive than usual, but this will pass
Alignment of your heart and higher self, a sense of flow
What happens in the session is not the only part of this healing; you will continue to operate at this frequency for the coming days, so be mindful of your nutrition and environment.
How can the energy manifest during a session?
Your energy can manifest and release in many different ways. Everybody is unique and so, no two people will share the same experience. During a session, you may experience energy moving through your system and releasing in various ways such as:
Energetic:
Experiencing feelings of intense heat, cold, numbness or pins and needles through your body or pain in past injury sites
Emotional Expression and Release:
You may express and release energy through spontaneous crying, laughing, screaming, coughing, smiling, yawning, etc.
Bliss States:
You may also experience feelings of bliss, joy, gratitude, connection, wholeness and oneness with yourself and all that surrounds you.
Involuntary Movement:
Movement in the body which is spontaneous and unintentional
Visions / Breakthroughs / Knowing:
You may experience visions, strong colours, get answers to questions or messages from your intuition
There are a small percentage of people who experience very little or nothing at all during a session. However, it is important to remember that everyone has life force energy within them and that being in this high frequency is still benefitting you. The energy is simply meeting you exactly where you are in the moment and it may take a few sessions for it to intensify further as more layers are shed and your mind ego begins to quieten.
Some people may find it hard to let go of past traumatic experiences that have imprinted on their lives. Some may be protecting themselves from delving deeper into their healing journey and for others it may be difficult to drop out of their mind and be fully in the present moment. It is important to arrive with no expectations, as this healing modality is a process that requires you to trust and to surrender to the present moment.
